Welcome to the latest attempt to inflict rampant urban and suburban growth onto a rural community.

Originally contemplated as 5,466 homes on a whoppin' 2,371 acres, we were going to have to change growth laws and plans in Elbert County beyond recognition.  This would have increased the number of homes in Elbert County by almost 70%.  Unfortunately, the population caught wind of this and our off-the-books dealings with the County Commissioners and showed up at meetings and made us scuttle our attempts.  So now we're only building 3,000 homes.

For now.

We figure that once the public stops paying so much attention, we'll apply for little density bonuses until we're back at what we want.  We also need to change some of the zoning so that we can bring in a WalMart, a gas station, and some fast food restaurants.

Like our evil plans, we're building this website along with building public and government support for our development.  Since people figured out what we were doing, we're now going to have to figure out another way to line our pockets by bringing Aurora and Douglas County to Elbert County...good and hard!
