The Spring Valley Vista Board of Directors is comprised of responsible business people in the community.  Okay, so they're not exactly in the community we're planning on building in, but they are financial leaders in their own communities.

	Mr. Montgomery Burns is an upstanding citizen in his own right and really needs no introduction.  What isn't widely known is that Mr. Burns pulls all the strings of Rob Haggleflayer due to an old debt that Mr. Haggleflayer owes Mr. Burns.  It's a long story and involves an unwilling goat and a tube of KY.  Mr. Burns was the one with a camera, though, so the debt is owed him.
	Waylon Smithers is the self-proclaimed best friend and personal assistant of Mr. Burns and serves as an executive administrator at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant. He is often condescendingly referred to simply as Smithers.
