| | Elbert County isn't where we call home, but we'd sure like it if we could build a whole bunch of houses so that
almost 5,500 more families can call it home. This should jack up the population of the county by almost
100% from the 2000 census where there were 5,652 families that called Elbert County home. According to the U.S. Census
Bureau, the county has a total area of 4,794 km˛ (1,851 mi˛). 4,794 km˛ (1,851 mi˛) of it is land and 0 km˛ (0 mi˛) of
it (0.01%) is water. That's 1,184,635. And we only (for now) want to develop a mere 2,371 acres.
That's just 1/5th of 1% of the total acreage of the county.

Steve Stutz used to be commissioner of District 2, which
was handy. We threw some landscaping jobs to his company and
he voted like a good lap-dog should. Unfortunately, Steve got
trounced like a narc' at a biker rally in the primary last year by
Dale Goetz who went on to win the election and then died afterwards.
The Republican Party picked his widow, Hope Goetz, as his
replacement.
