We here at Spring Valley Vista truly have the interest of the community at heart.  We've designed some beautiful homes to choose from.  Please see the layouts below to choose which home works best for you.  The backyard will be an easy-to-maintain 40' x 10' with 4 foot access between you and the fence between you and your neighbor, giving you a whole eight feet between houses.  If you've long dreamt of living in a home -- not an apartment -- but would still like to hear your neighbor's intimate moments and bodily functions, Spring Valley Vista is the place for you.

If you think that the homes look awfully similar, we've discovered that people like familiarity, so that there's something homelike when they visit the neighbor's house.  Of course, each person will have a lot of individuality about where they put things in their kitchen.  We also have many options on the homes like whether to have double-doors to the bathrooms, whether to have a window in the bathroom, etc.

We also offer 3 exterior color schemes to choose from.

This also gives the community a cohesive appearance.  Some call it clone-like.  We like to think of it as Facsimile Fashion.
