As you can see, 1373.7 acres for a whole 5,005 homes. Of course, if you have even a little skill at math, you
can see that this is 0.27 acres/home or 11,761 ft² per lot. For the attached homes, it's 0.06 acres/home or 2614
ft²/lot, meaning we're gonna have to cram those suckers pretty close together. Okay, they're gonna be condos
stacked atop and beside each other, and we'll probably try to increase that number if we can get this approved; once our
foot is in the door....
